Il Sovrano is a typical restaurant located in the green heart of Umbria, deep inside the charming Valley called Valnerina, shaped by the water of River Nera.

The farmhouse is an example of the Umbrian hills architecture and the Ripantis’s Farm stands close to it merged in a peaceful atmosphere.

Lolita cooks ancient recipes based on unique ingredients such as black truffle of Norcia, legumes of Monteleone, trouts of Nera River , meats of their animals or fruits  and vegetables cultivated by her husband Umbro and their son Valerio.

Dinner is served both inside the Restaurant and outside in the large terrace (only in summer).

Il Sovrano has also three comfortable bedrooms with bathroom en-suite.
